Seminar: “City Logistics in İzmir: Problems and Recovery Proposals”, Aylin Çalışkan

On October 26, 2015, Yaşar University International Logistics Department Research Assistant Mrs. Aylin Çalışkan gave a seminer titled “City Logistics in İzmir: Problems and Recovery Proposals” to students in LOGI 461 City Logistics course. In the scope of the seminar students had the chance to understand and classify city logistics issues from different perspectives and were informed about the solutions to the said issues.  They also contributed to the seminar by sharing their thoughts about how the city logistics related field studies should be conducted. They furthered their knowledge in data gathering methods from stakeholders of city logistics, identifying the stakeholders effectively,   dividing the gathered data into meaningful groups, and how to carry over the organizational information learnt within the scope of this course to practice.
